Glastonbury Engagement Shoot

It was the perfect afternoon for a Glastonbury Engagement shoot! The town of Glastonbury has a special significance to this couple. This is where they are getting married! Their ceremony will be at Congregational Church in South Glastonbury followed by their reception at the Boat House. After an afternoon of engagement photos with them we were so excited for their wedding!

We met Colleen and Joe in an unexpected area of beauty. A little pond in the commercial and business part of town. The few trees around were sprinkled in pretty pink flowers. This made for a beautiful background for these two love birds.

They were so overwhelmingly excited to take their engagement photos that it was impossible not to join in the excitement! Once we got started we found that their laughter was also contagious. These two are insanely in love and so much fun to be around! Every inch you moved there was another stunning background for photos. Within a short time we had taken hundreds of photos!

Then we were off to a new location and with a change of clothes! There are numerous orchards in Glastonbury and we found ourselves at Scott’s Orchard & Nursery. Tucked amongst the apple trees and over by an antique building with tons of character we found more great areas for photos! However, we quickly found that no matter the location these two brought ANY area to life!
