Glastonbury Maternity Shoot

Who remembers Colleen and Joe?! If you haven’t had the opportunity to see their beautiful Glastonbury Engagement Shoot and their stunning Glastonbury Boathouse Wedding you have to take a look! It seems like it was just yesterday these two started their lives together. The town of Glastonbury is certainly very important to them. We knew for sure that the next set of photos for these two was their Glastonbury Maternity Shoot! And we could not have been more excited when we got their phone call!

We met them at The Boathouse of course! No rain could stop us! Despite the fact that it was raining out Colleen was glowing and Joe had on the biggest smile!  As a matter of a fact the stormy dark sky added a very cool effect to their photos!

They certainly came very prepared for their photoshoot! They had the most adorable pair of little baby shoes, a sign to announce the baby’s due date, and they even had the baby’s name picked out and displayed on the sign! Now if you remember these two’s wedding photos you know they already have two adorable little boys – Teyton and Caiden. As a result they’re ready to make that three boys with new baby Joseph Jr. on the way! How exciting!

After a quick outfit change and a break in the rain the dark skies gave way to some brighter cloudy skies we captured some more stunning portraits of the eager parents to be! We love their fun hands made into a heart to show the amount of love they are filled with just thinking of their son on the way! To end the shoot we had to finish with some solo portraits of mommy Colleen!

We are so overwhelmed with happiness for Colleen and Joe and likewise cannot wait to meet their little guy!

The Glastonbury Boathouse and Riverfront Park is a beautiful location in Glastonbury! From the playground and basketball courts to the stunning venue and event space with it’s beautiful views of the Connecticut River it is without a doubt a place everyone must visit!
