Harkness Park Engagement Shoot

One lovely Monday evening we were on our way toward Waterford for Allyson & Rob’s Harkness Park Engagement shoot! The weather was great! It was a nice sunny evening and the perfect temperature outside. 

We met Allyson back in August of 2016 when we photographed her sister Amanda’s wedding to Josh! We were so excited when they chose us to be their wedding photographers! We’ve even had the pleasure of photographing their mom during one of our corporate headshot sessions! The whole family is so great to work with and so much fun to be around! 

It is so special that Allyson and Rob chose Harkness Park for their engagement photos because that’s where Amanda did her engagement photos as well! We started the photos in the beautiful flower gardens. There was no need to give Allyson & Rob time to warm up in front of the camera! These two arrived camera ready! They were laughing, smiling, and just so in love! 

We finished with photos in the gardens and as we made our way toward the mansion and beach we captured a few more shots along the way! Harkness is just filled with stunning scenery everywhere you look! 

As we got to the mansion the evening light was stunning! The Golden hour was upon us! And with this awesome couple it was so easy to capture their love for each other because it is so prominent with every move they make! Allyson & Rob made a quick outfit change and then it was time to head to the beach!

Then we finished the session with some amazing photos on the beach! What a fun way to spend a Monday evening! It will be so fun to see Amanda & Josh again at their wedding! Also how adorable is it that Allyson & Rob and Amanda & Josh’s anniversaries will be just two days apart! Amanda & Josh got married on August 26th and now Allyson & Rob will be married on August 28th! We cannot wait for Allyson & Rob’s wedding! We are counting down the days!
