Manchester Country Club Wedding

Upon a hot and steamy day in May it was the perfect day for a Manchester Country Club Wedding! Kimberly was doing her best to stay cool while getting ready at her parents house in Rocky Hill! Dominique arrived ready to go on her detail photos! Meanwhile Brian was arriving to the hotel where Randy and his groomsmen were getting ready!

Kim had all her details ready to be photographed so Dominique got right to work. While in the kitchen the ladies enjoyed lunch with a side of laughter! Soon it was time to get Kim into her wedding gown! She gathered not only her mom but also her two bridesmaids for help on the immense amount of buttons down the back of her gown. And soon Kim was securely inside!  She was also looking absolutely stunning, we might add!

She shared a loving first look with her dad and then after some portraits with her parents and being joined by her Man of Honor and Brian it was time to head over to the Manchester Country Club! The Country Club is a special venue to Kim. Since her cousin owns it! Also it just so happens that Brian photographed her cousin Todd’s wedding to Jenna years ago! What a coincidence!

Once at the Country Club everyone rushed inside to avoid the heat and to hideaway for the groom & groomsmen’s arrival. Randy arrived and we did not waste any time getting ready for their first look!

Kim was beyond excited to see him! She practically ran over to him! They both were overjoyed to see each other! After we got right to work right on all our formal family and wedding party photos! Their wedding party was such a lively bunch! Everyone could not stop laughing as we photographed the wedding party formals! We moved as quickly as possible to get everyone inside to cool down for a moment before ceremony!

As ceremony was about to begin we learned that the violinist was a high school friend of Kim’s mom! So of course we had to grab a portrait of them together! Then Kim was ready to walk down the aisle and get married! Ceremony was lovely and featured two heartfelt readings as well as hand written vows from both the bride and groom. Then it was time to seal it with a kiss! As Kim & Randy made their way down the aisle as husband & wife we had all their guests join them for one big group picture!

After some extended family portraits on the green we were into the air conditioning for cocktail hour and the reception! The DJ announced our the newlyweds and they made their grand entrance! After their first dance as husband and wife the Man of Honor & Best Man gave heartfelt speeches! Then all the guests enjoyed their dinner from the Manchester Country Club.

After dinner it was time for Kim & her dad and Randy & his mom to share some special dances. Then the music was up and the party was in full swing! A conga line even broke out! As the sun was setting on such a special day we took a moment to get Kim and Randy outside for sunset pictures! The sunset did not disappoint!

Congrats to this wonderful couple! It was such a pleasure to spend your special day with you both!
