Middletown Engagement Shoot
The sky was bright blue and the sun was shining on a lovely October day! It was the perfect day for a Middletown Engagement Shoot! As we pulled up to the pumpkin patch we were greeted by our excited bride and groom to be’s smiling and excited faces!
We have photographed many couples and as we’ve mentioned before we love every story of how they met. Our lovely couple Julie & Mike have a unique one, they met at a pumpkin carving party! It is only fitting that we started off their engagement shoot in a pumpkin patch! It was a week before Halloween and all the trees were in the process of changing to beautiful shades of yellow, orange, and red. The pumpkin patch was full of perfect bright orange pumpkins! With Julie and Mike positioned perfectly amongst the pumpkins we started snapping away. We were able to capture some truly beautiful photos! As we walked on from the pumpkin patch we came across a clearing to a pretty lake in the background. It was the perfect picturesque place to stop for some more photos!
After the pumpkin patch we all hopped in our cars and made our way to Wadsworth Falls that was nearby. The falls were looking amazing! With Julie and Mike that cuddled in close to each other in front they made a great backdrop for some more engagement photos. Julie’s ring sparkled in the afternoon light as her and Mike aged lovingly at each other.
We had an amazing shoot with Julie and Mike and we cannot wait for their wedding this June at the Connecticut River Valley Inn!
