Wesleyan University Engagement Session

A little drizzle in the forecast had us concerned we would have to postpone our Wesleyan University Engagement Session with Emma & Marco. But these two were not afraid of a little misty weather! A common misconception about photoshoots if that you want a bright and sunny day. Overcast is actually the best for photos! No squinty eyes, no harsh shadows, and no hot sun. The drizzle was not enough to ruin our morning of fun with Emma & Marco!

Since they are getting married at the Wadsworth Mansion in Middletown, CT Emma & Marco wanted to take photos around town. In order to have a variety of scenery we decided to head over to Wesleyan’s Campus! The stunning character, grand pillars, and beautiful architecture reminds us of Wadsworth Mansion!

As we saw Emma & Marco from a mile away walking over they were already laughing and smiling ear to ear! We absolutely love to see that kind of happiness and excitement! And my oh my can’t you tell from these engagement photos?

They were full of laughter, smiles, giggles, love, and pure joy. It is just contagious! We moved from building to building and found some pretty grounds along the way. As we got to know the two of them we were simply more and more excited to see these two get married! Fast forward to nine months later and TOMORROW is the big day! We are so excited!
